Responsibilities:
The Deputy Stage Manager reports to the Production Manager and Stage Manager, and is responsible for the following:
- To be ‘on the book’ for performances, support and assist the Stage Management Team in all aspects of production.
- To ensure, in collaboration with the Stage Manager, the safe and efficient running of performances and rehearsals.
- To create or update a prompt copy during the rehearsal period and to cue the show during performances.
- To deputize for the Stage Manager as required.
- To support all activities of the Technical Department.
- To run the rehearsal studios smoothly and efficiently including marking out studios, operating sound and video equipment, and looking after set and props.
- To keep accurate and up to date records of all rehearsal notes and performance paperwork.
- To ensure clear communication of information between the rehearsal studios and all relevant parties including, props, set, lighting, sound, video, and wardrobe.
- To deal with matters of emergency dancer welfare.
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification with/or AT LEAST one year of solid relevant theatre technical and stage management experience.
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua is preferrable

SENIOR PROGRAMME COORDINATOR / PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
– PROGRAMME AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Report to the Programme Manager, you’re required to:
- liaise with teammates to assist in programme coordination and logistics of the Company’s productions, including ticketing, customer service, archival records and related administration works;
- liaise with different departments regarding venue needs and bookings;
- organise previews, talks and other programme plus events and audience building activities;
- handle events in mainland China and overseas, such as performances or tours
- handle enquiries and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 1 year of solid relevant experience in arts administration. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Programme Co-ordinator;
- Demonstrate a strong passion for arts and culture, particularly in the field of Dance;
- Be a quick thinker, confident and well-organised, flexible, and have the ability to multitask and do what it takes to get the job done;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; willing to work overseas and irregular hours;

Report to the Marketing and Development Manager, you’re required to:
- Assist and work alongside with the Manger to Implement the company’s comprehensive marketing campaigns that will enhance the brand’s image and positioning within our potential audiences and the general public;
- Handle a range of marketing content and collaterals such as online and offline materials of marketing copies, press releases, photos, videos, OOH display/ads to highlight the theme/selling point of different productions;
- Copywrite, edit and proof-read marketing materials in Chinese and English;
- Manage company’s social media accounts across (but not limited to) Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat;
- Provide assistance on sponsorship/donation pitching;
- On-site support at performance venues (front of house), shootings (campaigns or events) and media interviews;

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communications, Journalism, Cultural Studies or relevant disciplines; with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience; candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager (Marketing and Development);
- Organised, detailed oriented, and capable of multitasking;
- Work independently, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills;
- Interested in art and culture, especially performing arts and dance, with relevant work experience would be an advantage;
- Knowledgeable about marketing trends, especially digital marketing;
- Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office, graphic and video editing software/tools;
- Willing to work at irregular hours, including weekends, if needed;

Positions at Dance Centre
CCDC Dance Centre offers a wide range of dance courses, outreach and partnership schemes to promote arts and support artists. The Centre is now looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:
Job Duties:
- Responsible for course enrollment and enquiry counter.
- Assist the Company to develop dance course for Adults and Children.
- Work with Marketing team for Image building, marketing and promotion works.
- Handle enquiries and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Hong Kong permanent resident aged 18 or above
- Graduate of the tertiary institute is preferable; OR at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), OR at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language with related working experience
- Demonstrate a strong passion for arts and culture, particularly in the field of Dance;
