In May 2022, CCDC invited Corrupt The Youth to create and perform Dancing Philosophy.
In August 2022, Dancing Philosophy was staged in Sha Tin Town Hall for four public performances.
In March 2023, a documentary titled Rehearsing Philosophy will be premiered.
During the 3 months of rehearsal and exploration, CCDC Artistic Director and members of Corrupt The Youth opened up their understanding in dance and body, while exploring the possibilities of dance.
Commissioned by CCDC, local film director Michael Tang pulled back the curtain and documented their journey in rehearsal room and backstage.This documentary reveals the behind-the-scenes of this performance.
The documentary will be premiered in Kino, Eaton HK, where members of Corrupt The Youth will watch it together and share their thoughts with audience members. The documentary is now available on CCDC’s online channel.
