《喬楊55》為舞者喬楊知天命之年度身打造獨舞演出，記錄多年來彌足珍貴的舞蹈生涯與歷練，同時思考及迎接舞者生涯的另一起步。

喬楊是中國第一批現代舞者之一，走過四十餘年的舞蹈旅程，是少有仍活躍於世界舞台上的舞者。除了新世代編舞家周書毅，藝術家團隊包括曾為雲門舞集設計戲服的服裝顧問林璟如、佈景及燈光設計李智偉、音樂設計許敖山以及舞蹈影像導演黎宇文，經歷400天尋根、探索，聯手編織出《喬楊55》。

2019年香港首演後，《喬楊55》分別於西安、廣州及新加坡巡演；2023年終於重拾步伐並以上海作為第一站，為觀眾帶來這個滿載回憶片段、思考人生的演出。
