Body Work
- The centre has stopped distributing the towels and the students are required to bring their own.

Body Condition
This course combines the essential elements of Dancing, Yoga, Tai Chi, etc. By adjusting your breathing and a series of movement so as to relax your body, improve the functionality of innards as well as release work pressure. Most importantly, refining your body shape and enhancing muscle strength are also the targets of this course! After joining this course, you will be able to reflect this kind of aestheticism in daily life, whether when you are walking, at work or just chilling out with friends. This course is suitable for any interested parties.

Dance for Body Shaping
Continuous movement of aerobics and Jazz Dance with strong rhythmic music can enhance body endurance and cardio-respiratory function, increase blood circulation and metabolic rate. The course aims to burn body fat by sweating, improve body shape and muscle strength by practising various exercises.

Warm and Relaxing Stretch
This class aims to warm up the body and soothing the mind through gentle poses.
Pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
The Class might use of props.
Students will experience more postures that connect to the floor and some asana will hold for longer duration in order to let the body to stretch well.
Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort.

Zumba Fitness
Zumba Fitness is an exercise fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Pérez during the 1990s.
Zumba classes are are taught by instructors licensed by Zumba Fitness, LLC. A total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption.A study shows that a person burns 300 to 900kcal with an hour-long Zumba exercise.
Proponents of the Zumba program claim that it is safe for all ages, meaning that anyone from age 0 to 100 can participate in this form of aerobic exercise. Some of the classes are specifically aimed at elderly people, to help them build strength, improve motion and posture, and socialize.
Besides its high calorie burning benefit, Zumba can help lower the risk of heart disease, reduce blood pressure and bad cholesterol, and increase good cholesterol.

Pilates Mat Work – Intermediate
This course is designed for students who want to advance their Pilates experience. The exercises have greater variation and flow with more upbeat pace. Various kinds of props will be used to increase the challenge. Students must have at least half year of instructor Force Fong’s Pilates training in CCDC Dance Centre.
Target: Students must be with at least half year of Instructor Force Fong’s Pilates training in CCDC Dance Centre.

Integrated Exercise
Integrated Exercise is a combination of various body works including Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, Pilates, Gyrokinesis, Releasing Technique and various traditional Asian exercises. Based on the concepts, principles and exercises of these body works, this course is the study of body movement, breathing, multidirectional awareness and conscious thinking in order to achieve physical and mental balance, connection, coordination, strength and well-being. Improvement and development of body condition will be continuously experienced when the participants keep practising.

Graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (Modern Dance); Founding member of Zero Zero Ensemble; Certified Gyrotonic® instructor; Certified Pilates instructor
Lam Po studied at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts since 1997.
During his study at the Academy, he was awarded several scholarships, participated in the Tokyo International Dance Festival and performed with variety of dance groups.
He was awarded a scholarship from the Asian Cultural Council to participate in the American Dance Festival in 2000 and joined City Contemporary Dance Company from 2001 to 2014.
His choreography includes Self-obsession in CCDC’s 2003 programme All of A Sudden, Dialogue at the 7 Guangdong Modern Dance Festival, The moment I saw it in Hong Kong Dance Alliance’s Perfect Pair and Odd Couples and Reflections in CCDC’s 2011 programme Talk To Him. The Voice Inside in CCDC’s 2013 Programme It’s My Turn. Lam received 2012 Hong Kong Dance Award “Outstanding Independent Dance” and “Outstanding Performance by Male Dancer” for his performance in The Moment I Saw It.
Now he is a freelance.
Natalie graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) with Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) Degree, major in Chinese Dance. During her study, she was awarded The Spring Time Stage Productions Scholarship and twice-awarded Disney Scholarship.She was the representative of HKAPA to perform in Italy and Taiwan .
Natalie has been a full-time dancer with the City Contemporary Dance Company since 2014 to 2020.She has worked with a number of emerging choreographers and arts organisations and has performed in a wide range of dance performances in Hong Kong. Her new work “Wandering Stone” premiered at 2016 Dancers’ Homework by CCDC. In 2017 The Hong Kong Dance Award nominated her for “Outstanding Performance by a Female Dancer” with her performance in “Travelogue”.
With experience of being a professional dancer in many years.Natalie understands the sensation of getting injuries.Luckily, she met yoga in 2018, she finds it is a new way to heal her body pain. Practicing yoga helps her to reconnect with herself bothmentally and physically, she determined to share and help those who also suffer in different injuries
Natalie is now actively involved in dance teaching and related work. She is also a 200 hours Yoga Teacher (RYT®) with Yoga Alliance and Certified Flyoga® Teacher. She is now studying 300YTT in yoga therapy.
Graduated from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Musical Theatre Dance.
