  1. Students may prepare their own mattress and towels.

  • Please switch off devices that emit sounds, such as alarm watches, pagers and mobile phones during the class.
  • Students who are late for 10 minutes or more are not suggested to attend the class.
  • Please do not leave the studio without instructors approval except with a special reason.
  • Please wear active wear when attending class, safety parts are recommended.

Sound Healing Yoga

This class combines sound healing (tuning forks, singing bowls, tingsha or chimes) and basic yoga practice to release tension from the body, achieve a state of deep relaxation and soothing peace, and help center the body and mind.
Tuning forks vibrate at a low pitch and long lasting frequencies.  Directly used on the body to help align the physical structure, stimulates the nerves.  It relieves muscle tension, spasms, and improves circulation by relaxing constructing muscle tissue.
Note : Tuning forks are not suitable for pregnant women, people with osteoporosis or fractures, and people with permanent cardiac pacemaker.

Gentle Yoga Stretch

This class is designed for people who lead busy lives, stand or sit for long periods of time, and lack of proper exercise, resulting in muscle tightness or stiffness. Through yoga poses and stretches, each class uses different themes to relax the body, such as: shoulders and neck, lower back, spine, feet and ankles, hips and legs, arms and wrists, etc., which helps stretch and relax muscles, and increase the body flexibility and range of motion.

Slim and Detox Yoga

This course focuses on systematically stretching and compressing every part of your body. Asanas include pushing, pulling, twisting, squeezing, and stretching. Those actions can stimulate organs that have detoxification functions.

Yoga Stretch Elementary

The class will focus more on the Yin side of yoga practice, using the yoga posture more passively to stretch out the deeper side of our body. All the postures will hold a bit longer in order to have a deeper stretch for our inner body that will get into our ligaments and joints while stimulating the body’s inner energy. It also helps to develop our peaceful and meditative mind to release the pressure that resulted from our stressful city life.

Yoga with Singing Bowl

This class combines singing bowl and yoga practice, to relax the muscles and achieve deep stretches, allowing the body and mind to relax.
The class starts with the sound of singing bowl to calm down the body and mind, and return to the present moment. By practicing yoga stretches or yin yoga poses, to relax the connective tissue and relax the fascia and muscle groups. During the savasana, the sound frequency of the singing bowl resonates with the body to achieve deep relaxation.

Instructors

Jennifer is a motivated yoga instructor with 5 years training in different types of yoga, she graduated from the 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course organized by Barefoot Yoga Studio (USA), she has a current Yoga Wheel Teacher Certification, Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification and Stretching Instructor Certification (Pass with Distinction) qualifying her as a yoga instructor.

Jennifer now works as a freelance yoga instructor in different yoga studios, she’s striving to help beginner yogis feel comfortable in their practice, ensuring a safe practice for students of all body types and fitness levels, and also inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health; yoga is more than just fitness for Jennifer, it’s also a spiritual practice to connect with the body.

Malvina is the co-founder of Fellow Dancers. Her works includes dance teaching, performing and making choreography.

She obtained a BFA (Hons) in contemporary dance at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2008. She was awarded a full grant from the Hong Kong Jockey Club for her studies at the HKAPA. Malvina received her MA in Intercultural Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2014.

Malvina pursued her performing career in London between 2009 and 2011. She had worked with company of different styles that opened up her vision in art and lead her to always stay curious. Malvina joined City Contemporary Dance Company in Hong Kong from 2013 to 2018 as a full-time dancer. During her time at the company, she has worked with many renowned choreographers and toured oversea. She performed as a dancer in the Opera

“Beauty and Sadness” under the direction of Carolyn Chao in April 2019.

As a choreographer and director, Malvina had created a solo dance ‘At that time’ in 2016.She explored time-lapse in her dance video ‘Move with the cloud’. Her commissioned work “Where is Romance Placed?” was being selected as part of Screen.Dance 2019, Scotland’s Festival of Dance.

Malvina is also a certified yoga instructor and gained her qualification from the International Yoga Academy (200 hours) and Creative Yogis (95 Hours) in 2020.

Natalie graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) with Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) Degree, major in Chinese Dance. During her study, she was awarded The Spring Time Stage Productions Scholarship and twice-awarded Disney Scholarship.She was the representative of HKAPA to perform in Italy and Taiwan .
Natalie has been a full-time dancer with the City Contemporary Dance Company since 2014 to 2020.She has worked with a number of emerging choreographers and arts organisations and has performed in a wide range of dance performances in Hong Kong. Her new work “Wandering Stone” premiered at 2016 Dancers’ Homework by CCDC. In 2017 The Hong Kong Dance Award nominated her for “Outstanding Performance by a Female Dancer” with her performance in “Travelogue”.
With experience of being a professional dancer in many years.Natalie understands the sensation of getting injuries.Luckily, she met yoga in 2018, she finds it is a new way to heal her body pain. Practicing yoga helps her to reconnect with herself bothmentally and physically, she determined to share and help those who also suffer in different injuries
Natalie is now actively involved in dance teaching and related work. She is also a 200 hours Yoga Teacher (RYT®) with Yoga Alliance and Certified Flyoga® Teacher. She is now studying 300YTT in yoga therapy.

Pinki is a Hatha Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Yoga Wheel and Sound Healing Instructor.  She have over 350 hours’ yoga teaching training and 3 years of teaching yoga experience.  She graduated from 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training and 20 hours Yoga Wheel Teaching Training Courses organized by Amada Yim.  She also graduated from 140 hours Yin Yang Teaching Training Course organized by Emily Ip.  At the same time, she also actively studied Singing Bowls and Tuning Fork Therapy.
Since 2020, she has been teaching yoga in order to share the wisdom of yoga and to promote self-love.  She believes Yoga helps us to live in the present, to create inner peace and happiness, and to connect our bodies, minds and spirits.
