Tutor

Eric Kwong graduated in Contemporary Dance from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Inspired by European contemporary dance, he visited several arts festivals in Austria, Canada, Italy and Portugal during his study and received a full scholarship from the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He joined CCDC in 2019, currently a Senior Dance Artist.
Kwong was formerly a participant of CCDC Dance Centre Dance Training Scholarship Scheme ’Teens of Colour’ and ‘WuDaoQingNian’ Podium Dance Performance. He is experienced in performance who collaborated with famous local and foreign artists.

Bobo Lai graduated in Contemporary Dance from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She was a full-time dancer at Guangdong Modern Dance Company from 2009 to 2014. She joined CCDC in 2015, becoming a Senior Dance Artist in 2022. In 2023, she transitioned as a freelancer and participated in various art creations as an independent choreographer and dance artist. Her recent choreographic works include One Plus One Ant, X -85213 and Boiling Bo.

Peggy Lam graduated in Contemporary Dance from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. As the recipient of several scholarships during her studies, she has toured extensively overseas with The HKAPA. Lam was a member of CCDC Dance Centre’s Community Cultural Ambassador Pilot Scheme ‘Young Sky’ and ‘WuDaoQingNian’ Podium Dance Performance. She joined CCDC in 2007, promoted to Senior Dance Artist in 2022, and became Teaching Artist in 2023.
Lam has collaborated with renowned choreographers, and performed in numerous productions of CCDC. She received the ‘Outstanding Performance by a Female Dancer’ at the 24th Hong Kong Dance Awards in 2023. Her recent choreographic and co-choreographic works include Picture Triangle in In-between (2014); Journey to the West (2016); Today.I (2017); Coexist (2019); The Odyssey of Little Dragon (2019); The Copybook of Life Challenge for Apprentice Magician (2020); Gute Nacht Mondlight (2020); Luck-Quacka (2021) and Behind me1 in ‘M.U.D. – Movement UnDefined’ (2022).
In recent years, Lam has focused on dance training to explore and advocate the physical and mental health development of children. She is now a tutor of Children Dance Courses and Dance Training Scholarship Scheme ’CCDC Junior’.

Simpson Yau graduated with first-class honours from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Contemporary Dance. He received ‘Hong Kong Jockey Club Scholarship’, ‘Gifted Young Dancer Programme Scholarship’ and represented The HKAPA to perform in France. He joined CCDC in 2020, currently a Senior Dance Artist.
Yau was a member of CCDC Dance Centre Dance Training Scholarship Schemes ‘612 Mini Dancers’, ‘Teens of Colours’ and ‘WuDaoQingNian’ Podium Dance Performance. He also performed works by renowned choreographers in CCDC, including Helen Lai, Yuri Ng, Sang Jijia, Kim Jaeduk and Justyne Li.

Born in Hong Kong, Lee Ka-ki received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) Degree, majoring in contemporary dance, from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts where he was the recipient of several scholarships. In 2009, he was awarded a scholarship to participate in the American Dance Festival. He has performed in various local and overseas dance performances.

Annie is currently a freelance dancer, choreographer, dance teacher and singing bowl therapist. Annie graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in contemporary dance. During her study, Annie was invited to cooperate with international choreographers, including Gabrielle Nankivell, Dam Van Huynh, Jaime Redfern, Christine Gouzelis, John Utans, Cho Yi, Li Yongjing. She also performed in The 4th HK Butoh Festival, HK Dance Award, HSBC Community Festival.
In this several years, she cooperates with different local dance companies and Nongovernmental Organizations as the teaching artist and performer, including E-side Dance Company, CCDC Dance Centre Outreach department, CCDC, Rice Journey Studio, TWGHs, Caritas HK.
Her recent performance including Voyage by Rice Journey Production, The Rite of spring and Dance at Dawn by CCDC, The rose of the name by Trinity Theatre.

Natalie graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) with Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) Degree, major in Chinese Dance. During her study, she was awarded The Spring Time Stage Productions Scholarship and twice-awarded Disney Scholarship.She was the representative of HKAPA to perform in Italy and Taiwan .
Natalie has been a full-time dancer with the City Contemporary Dance Company since 2014 to 2020.She has worked with a number of emerging choreographers and arts organisations and has performed in a wide range of dance performances in Hong Kong. Her new work “Wandering Stone” premiered at 2016 Dancers’ Homework by CCDC. In 2017 The Hong Kong Dance Award nominated her for “Outstanding Performance by a Female Dancer” with her performance in “Travelogue”.
With experience of being a professional dancer in many years.Natalie understands the sensation of getting injuries.Luckily, she met yoga in 2018, she finds it is a new way to heal her body pain. Practicing yoga helps her to reconnect with herself bothmentally and physically, she determined to share and help those who also suffer in different injuries
Natalie is now actively involved in dance teaching and related work. She is also a 200 hours Yoga Teacher (RYT®) with Yoga Alliance and Certified Flyoga® Teacher. She is now studying 300YTT in yoga therapy.
