You will be required to manage a series of projects independently in terms of programme co-ordination, budget control, artist liaison, publication and reports. You will work with the programming and marketing team for publicity and sponsorship.
˙University graduate with minimum 5 years of solid relevant experience in arts programming, marketing and/or public relations, Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator;
˙Be a quick thinker, confident and well-organised, flexible, and have the ability to multitask and do what it takes to get the job done;
˙Articulate, devoted to the arts field, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and willing to work irregular hours;
˙Good command of writing and editing skills in both Chinese and English;
˙Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
˙Good interpersonal skills and experience in festival organisation preferred.
