ARTS ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE – PROGRAMME AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT

City Contemporary Dance Company (CCDC) is a well-established, non-profit making performing arts company and one of Hong Kong’s leading cultural institutions. We are seeking candidates interested in a rewarding career in the arts for the following position:

 

 

ARTS ADMINISTRATION TRAINEEPROGRAMME AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Training Period: 6 months (Full time)

 

You will be required to

  • assist relocation, research and documentary archival project of the Company;
  • assist Company’s productions, including customer services, data entry, and related clerical works;
  • provide event operations support;
  • handle enquiries and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate with Performing arts, arts, cultural or cultural management studies, or related disciplines
  • Passionate in performing arts
  • Knowledge in archival will be an advantage
  • A good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • ability to work independently and with initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; willing to work in irregular hours;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
