The class will focus more on the Yin side of yoga practice, using the yoga posture more passively to stretch out the deeper side of our body. All the postures will hold a bit longer in order to have a deeper stretch for our inner body that will get into our ligaments and joints while stimulating the body’s inner energy. It also helps to develop our peaceful and meditative mind to release the pressure that resulted from our stressful city life. This class includes both elements of Yin and Yang side of the yoga asana practice. The class starts with the basic Hatha yoga asana practice, which is the Yang side of yoga. It uses our muscle energy together with our breath to heat up the body, which warms up all joints and muscles of our body. At the second half of the class, we will get into some deep stretching by some Yin yoga postures, using the gravity, our body weight and passive energy at a still posture to stretch and lengthen out the deep side of our muscle, joint, ligament and tendon. Suitable for all people.

In this course, both the Russian and British ballet styles are introduced. Class will start with floor exercise -- some stretching,floor barre to experience specific muscle we needed in our ballet training .Following up with some simple barre work simliar to our floor barre. And ended with a bit centre work to find the weight of the body. Class with conducted in a slow paste in order to explain details information. Target: suitable for beginners students and one's want details work.

D-body; same as the name of “dance body.” Beside the stretching and basic techniques we must go through during dance training; our body still can improve by other specific training to create the body quality. As we know dancers needed so much energy and knowledge (skills) to do their performance especially duet; also because of the training for the stage of performance. If we have better body alignment for dance as a supplementary, it does help dance with a certain physical and mental growth of a change. Enhances physical fitness Alter body alignment These two major objectives can help apprentice alter in a short term, improving their body movement confidence. 15 mines warm up. 40-45 mines enhance physical fitness, including Chest, Back muscle, abdominal, upper and lower arm/leg training. 25 mines release and stretching ensure muscle can be release and elongate, not like a person who has worked out in the gym. Target: suitable for any interested parties.

    Macro is an experienced instructor who teaches various styles of dance including hip hop, popping, house, pop jazz. He has appeared in numerous shows and performances.
