Everyone can dance, but not everyone knows…
What is dance? How is it choreographed and rehearsed? How are movements devised and created?
Is the choreographic process an individual or collective creation?
Are philosophy and dance at both ends of the spectrum, or are they two sides of the same coin?
Apart from expressing philosophical thoughts rationally, we can also demonstrate them through body movements.
“Body” is always an important topic in philosophy,
where dance itself can corroborate and introspect our reflections towards the body.
In this two-hour movement training workshop, Yuri and members of Corrupt the Youth will explore and encode the body and creation process.
Decode or not? The decision is yours.
